My Daily Holistic Healing Routine: A Journey to Wholeness

Introduction

Hi everyone! As my faithful readers know by now, I’m a survivor of colorectal cancer.

Today, I’m sharing my daily holistic healing routine with you because I want to give you ideas on how you can heal your body, mind, and spirit, regardless of your health status.

I’ve always been a believer in alternative or natural healing, but I had been slack in these practices for the past few years. It wasn’t until I was diagnosed with colorectal cancer that I realized I needed to take my health more seriously and start incorporating holistic healing practices into my daily life again.

After the first colostomy surgery, I began with deep breathing exercises and positive affirmations. I would do these exercises several times a day, especially when I was feeling stressed or anxious.

As I recovered at home, I started to incorporate more natural healing into my daily routine. I began drinking herbal tea and listening to healing frequencies. I also started practicing Flowing Love Meditation, which helped to bring healing energies to me physically, mentally, and spiritually.

My Daily Healing Routine

After some time, I began to form a standard routine for healing practices. Here is what it looks like:

  • Morning:
    • I would start my day by speaking a few positive affirmations.
    • Then I would go for a short walk at a nearby park for my daily exercise.
    • When I returned home, I would turn on my laptop and go to YouTube where I would find healing music and play them in the background.
    • I would prepare a cup of herbal tea and have that for the morning with my breakfast.
  • Afternoon:
    • I would go about my day writing my book or blog.
  • Evening:
    • After dinner and near bedtime, I would practice Flowing Love Meditation to bring healing energies to me.
    • I would also speak a few positive affirmations before going to bed.

This routine has helped me to heal from colorectal cancer, and it continues to support my overall health and well-being. I’m sharing it with you today because I want to help you on your own healing journey.

Deep Breathing Exercises and Positive Affirmations

Deep breathing exercises and positive affirmations are two simple yet powerful holistic healing practices. Deep breathing exercises can help to reduce stress and anxiety, while positive affirmations can help to boost your mood and self-confidence.

To do deep breathing exercises, simply sit or lie down in a comfortable position. Place one hand on your chest and the other hand on your stomach. Inhale slowly and deeply through your nose, allowing your stomach to rise. Exhale slowly through your mouth, allowing your stomach to fall. Repeat this cycle for 5-10 minutes.

To do positive affirmations, simply choose a few affirmations that are meaningful to you and repeat them to yourself several times a day. For example, you might say affirmations like:

  • I am healthy.
  • I am strong.
  • I am loved.
  • I am worthy of healing.

Flowing Love Meditation

Flowing Love Meditation is a simple yet powerful meditation practice that can help to heal the body, mind, and spirit. During the meditation, we bring in the healing Divine Love energies.

Herbal Tea and Healing Frequencies

Herbal tea and healing frequencies are two other holistic healing practices that can support your overall health and well-being.

Herbal tea is a natural way to boost your immune system, reduce inflammation, and improve your digestion. There are many different types of herbal teas available, so you can find one that is right for you.
