Holistic Healing for Cancer

From my personal experience, I have found the following alternative practices to be beneficial during my fight with cancer:

  • Deep breathing exercises and meditation helped me to relax. All the stress, anxiety and depression from battling cancer was reduced. I had problems sleeping and the exercises and meditation helped me to sleep better. I also learned that meditation helped to boost the immune system.
  • While meditating, I applied an energy healing technique called Flowing Love. During the meditation, I brought in Divine Love energies that have healing properties. Energy healing has also been shown to be effective for relaxation, stress relief, and pain relief. It can also boost the immune system and improve sleep quality.
