Being Happy

That’s what life is about, isn’t it? To be happy, and live a full and happy life.

And yet, I do understand that it is not easy. I can relate.

So many things happen in our lives that can cause us to be unhappy.

And Bob Saget’s advice is that when we are unhappy, we should change something.

That’s easier said than done, right?

We can have thousands of excuses not to change or why it is so difficult to change. Whether to change something in our lives or ourselves.

But, the truth is – we can change.

It may be painful.

But, that is for the short term.

If the change is good for us, it will benefit us for the long term. And that is best for us.
