As an online entrepreneur, many vendors always trying to get me to buy their products. And they always have loft promises. Having been burnt many times before, I would do research before I even consider it. And I like to share what I found out. So, here is my report for you – StackThatMoney Review – Scam or Legit?

Actually, it is always good to find out more about a product before buying it, right? After all, every program always promises success. And that is why you are here reading my review. Good on you.

The digital landscape is constantly changing. Today, Instagram is popular. Then it is TikTok. Business owners have to stay updated. And scramble, when necessary, changing strategies to continue growth and sales.

I know how it is. I face the same situation. While I have business and marketing strategies in place. It is wise to be flexible and adapt to the constant changes. For example, now that Google+ is dead, would you still promote your brand using it?

So, here comes the part of why I am looking at StackThatMoney. To keep up with the changes, I would continually search for programs that can help me grow my business. Any business person would want to make more money. Don’t you agree?

One of the programs that I am looking at now is Stack that Money. They claim that they are the place where online marketers can connect and network to reach success much faster.

Sounds good. But is it really? Let’s find out.

I understand that Stack That Money is a forum. But it is not open to the public. It is a members only private forum. And the forum has a huge affiliate marketing community. There are experts you can learn from, to help you succeed in your online endeavor.

It is also a comprehensive affiliate marketing resource. There are training, cutting edge tools, traffic sources, a very helpful support and community, networking opportunities, seminars and events.

No real prerequisites, they are open to anyone keen to do affiliate marketing, whether you are a newbie or an experienced internet marketer.

BUT … it is best to be experienced. Also, you will need to have a substantial budget. Read on to find out why.

As we have discovered, you get access to a private forum filled with a lot of useful information inside. Information and training that can help you shorten the learning curve.

Plus, there are a lot of underground super affiliate marketers who drop by often. And they share their valuable experience and knowledge to help you succeed.

If you joined as a newbie, this is the areas for you. It has a lot of training and guides. Plus, you can ask any question about affiliate marketing or related topics, and the community will help you out.

As the title says, this is where general topics are. It can be technical guides to cloakers, trackers, etc.

Or advanced topics on affiliate marketing.

There are also success stories written by members who have started at Stack That Money, and made money.

Here, there are discussions about traffic sources.

But take note, from what I researched, they are more on topics such as mobile, native ads, Facebook, Adwords, PPV, adult, etc.

For example, you can click on the Facebook topic, and you will read posts from members with questions, tips, guides and tricks related to Facebook traffic sources.

This section covers all technical related topics, and anything creative that can help you succeed, especially in the media buying world.

Here, vendors can offer their tools and software to members.

There are usually special discounts for members, too.

There are a lot of free affiliate and internet marketing forums out there. I know of a few, such as Warrior Forum and Blackhatworld. I am a member of both. And I can confidently say that when you pay nothing, you basically get back nothing.

A lot of the free forums have outdated information. Many are constantly bombarded by members trying to sell some scam or very low quality product.

With a price to pay, an entry barrier is created. People who are pulling a fast one will hesitate. The deterrence will help to create an environment where those who are serious about affiliate marketing will join.

There is no denying that there is a treasure trove of valuable information waiting at the forum.

Plus, getting help from super affiliates is very enticing.

After all, who better to learn from than those who have gone before you, and succeeded?

Another plus point is that many people reported that the forum members are friendly.

This is very good. It is a terrible experience, especially for newbies, when you are doing your best, and someone comes along and crushes your dreams.

Sure, you can struggle on your own.

But isn’t it better to have a network of experienced internet marketers who is willing to help you?

It sure shortens the learning curve.

Traffic is still important for the survival of any business.

And forum marketing is still a legit way of getting traffic to your business website.

The training teaches you to acquire traffic using paid methods.

It seems that the monthly fee is not the only cost.

You will need to spend more money for ads. And even more to test the ads.

I have experienced this with other programs. I kept paying for ads and testing. Not good.

So, this is not attractive to me. Many people who tried Stack That Money reported that, from their experience, you will need at least $5,000. And that is just for a start.

I read many members say that the training they learned are relevant only to certain niches.

And they are the dating, adult, mobile app, etc niches. If you are not doing this niches, the training will not be very useful for you.

Sure, you can translate the training, but that is a lot of effort for the price you pay monthly.

There is something called ‘Follow Along’.

The idea is to follow a member’s journey from start to making money.

The problem is when many gave up.

It is discouraging to see the number of failed attempts.

As with many forums, there is a lot of information.

And it can be confusing. You may find it hard to know where to start.

Sure, there is the beginner’s section. But, my research found out that there is no step by step training available.

VERDICT: Legit, but …

StackThatMoney is truly not a scam. After all that I found out, I see that it is a great forum with lots of good training, tools, network opportunities, support, community, and more.

BUT, it seems to be better suited for experienced affiliate marketers. Those looking to scale their online business, and increase their income.

Also, the marketer needs to be making enough money to cover the costs for monthly fee and paid ads. It can be up to thousands a month. If there is not enough budget, it can be quite a struggle. And many will give up.

There are a couple of key features that can be very attractive is the networking and community. These alone would entice any marketer or even anyone new to internet business.

In fact, for a moment, I was tempted to explore further. But then I remembered how good the training is at Wealthy Affiliate where I have been for years.

Also, the community there is brilliant. Lots of experienced affiliate marketers have helped me so many times. And I help back in return. I even get help from the owners, Kyle and Carson.

This is something that I do not see happen at many programs. The experienced CEOs helping the members like me. So, for now, I think I will stay with Wealthy Affiliate.

If you are new and aspiring to be an online entrepreneur, I highly recommend you go with Wealthy Affiliate instead of StackThatMoney. And if you do not have a big budget to spend, then go with Wealthy Affiliate.
