For years, I have said that Video is the Future. I have said it at all the talks I gave at seminars, and during lessons in my classes. And I applaud any use of video as a marketing tool.

Today, we explore such a product. It is a business that provides video marketing software. Plus, there is a business opportunity here. But is it really a good product, and a viable way to make money? Find out in my article – Talk Fusion Review – Scam or Legit?

Businesses that are looking for a way to do video marketing. This can attract prospects, acquire leads, convert prospects to customers, and build relationship and loyalty with customers.

Also for individuals who are looking for an easy way to create video communications, and send or connect with personal friends and families.

Actually, for the individuals (and also for businesses), there are cheaper options. I will discuss with you more about this in the Final Word section below.

So, what are video email and all products?

Below is a video from Talk Fusion to give you a quick show of it all.

Here is text explanation of the products:

This is their product where you can insert HD video or videos into your emails, and sent to people. There are more than 1,500 email templates to choose from.

With this product, you can create newsletters that you can send via email, or feature on your website. It is easy to create with drag and drop feature. Also, easy to add text, photos, change colors, change logo, and of course add videos. There are over 600 pre-designed templates for you to choose from.

With the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, online meetings are now the norm. As such, video conferencing software solutions like Zoom, Webex, Microsoft Teams, GoToMeeting, and Google Hangouts are gaining popularity.

Live Meetings is also a video conferencing software. You can host live meetings for up to 500 people. The product also allows you to share files and desktop screen with the attendees. Meetings can be recorded in HD.

This app allows you to make peer-to-peer video or audio calls with anyone. It can be done regardless of where you are and what device you are using. You can also send unlimited messages directly from your phone, browser or desktop.

Capturing leads and growing your list is vital for the success of your business. With this product, you can create customized sign-up forms on your website or your video newsletters.

There is also an autoresponder feature where you can send automated response to your subscribers. For example, you can a thank you email after someone subscribes to your list. Plus, you can add a video to it.

So far, while the above products look impressive, I must say I am far from being impressed. There are cheaper and even free options. I explain further down in the Final Word section.

There are plenty of video tutorials to teach you how to use the products. Also, many to motivate you. In fact, you can find quite many of such videos on their official YouTube video.

Unfortunately, I read comments from many members that there is a lack of training or very little training on how to effectively do marketing.

The coronavirus pandemic has shown the world that online marketing is essential. Businesses are pivoting to digital marketing to help them continue to grow their sales and revenue. This lack or very little training to teach their associates how to do marketing correctly could affect their success rate.

Like all MLM, in order to make money, you have to spend money first. What this means is that in order to be an associate and earn, you have to buy the packages. Then you will need to recruit people to join and buy the packages in order for you to earn a commission from that sale.

To make money with Talk Fusion, you need to first join the company. You will need to sign an agreement to be eligible to participate in the compensation plan. Once you do so, you can earn a 10% Fast Start Bonus every time you sell a product package.

As mentioned above, every time a customer or an associate that is you enroll buys a product package, you will earn 10% of that purchased amount. Here is more information:

• You get $10 for every Video Email Package that you sell.
• You get $50 for every Video Suite Package that you sell.
• You get $150 for every Pro Package that you sell.

The other way to earn, and earn more, is to recruit people. Talk fusion taught all associates to build two team; one on the left and one on the right. With these two teams, you can earn Team Commissions.

The details of Team Commissions can be quite complicated. There are Sales Volume (SV) points. And then there are Cycles. I rather not go into the details here.

The final step to make money with Talk Fusion is to become a Team Leader. This happens when your left and right teams become Team Builders (that is they achieve Step 2).

As a Team Leader, you will have the chance for the following bonuses and rewards:

• More Team Commissions

• A Rolex watch
• Recognition Rings

Talk Fusion allegedly claims that associates can earn up to $50,000 a week. But at the same time, they have information contradicting this. See the What are the Problems with Talk Fusion? section below for more information.

There is customer support available. But there are lots of complaints on the Internet about the lack of support such as emails and phone calls not being returned.

• Video marketing tools

As I mentioned above – Video is the Future. As such, Talk Fusion did it right with selling a suite of products that can help marketers and businesses do video marketing.

Today, as the Internet speeds get faster, more people are watching videos. And videos have helped businesses get more sales.

I teach about video marketing in the digital marketing classes I teach. And one of the ways to do video marketing is using YouTube.

YouTube is the second biggest search engine on the Internet. When you create videos on YouTube, you can be found organically. And being found is a form of brand awareness.

This can help boost the online visibility of your brand. And it is an opportunity to drive traffic to your website or even convert viewers into customers. Why would you want to create a video on a platform that does not give you those benefits?

Also, there are email providers that can help you insert your YouTube video into your emails, with no extra charge on top of the low priced subscription that you already paid.

They do have this stated in the policies and procedures document. So, kudos to them. Having this is life having 30 days free trial. You can test drive the products, and see if you like them.

But do read the full terms and conditions for the refund. For example, is it for all the packages or just one of them?

• This is MLM!
• No free trial
• You will end up recruiting for this company instead of building and growing your own business
• Expensive

And to Talk Fusion’s credit, they have shown in their income disclosure that 58.90% of associates made no money in 2018. See the screen shot of that income disclosure below.

Not only that. Look at the following percentages of associates earning $1,000 or less a year. How is that going to cover the costs?

This is why I dislike MLM. Most people will not earn enough. Not enough to replace their salaries. And definitely not enough to even cover the costs to do the MLM.

VERDICT: Legit products But with MLM Scam

MLM or network marketing or pyramid scheme. Whatever you call it, it is the same thing. And I do not appreciate any of that.

As I stated above, one of the main reasons I do not appreciate MLM, network marketing or pyramid scheme is that you will end up being a recruiter. If that is what you like to do, then good for you.

But if you are on my website, chances are you are looking for a way to make money online. And from my experience, one of the best way is to start and grow your own business.

And it is not to spend your time and hard work growing other people’s business. Are you not already doing that for your boss curently?

Added to that, most people doing MLM do not make any money. The alleged claim is that you can up to $50,000 per week. But on the other hand, 58.90% of their associates are not making any money.

Talk Fusion has good products. Like I said before – Video is the Future. I just do not understand why they must do it as a MLM? With a product line as strong as it is, and video marketing in demand, they could just sell it as it is. Without the MLM.

For example, just like GetResponse. It is an email service provider. You can create opt-in forms and place them on your website, newsletter or even on social media. You can create emails, and send to your list.

GetResponse also has automation for automated responses as well as drip campaigns. Plus, you can easily insert videos into your emails and landing pages, too. The best part is – it is not an MLM.

What Do I Recommend?

Because of the MLM element and the high cost, I would not recommend Talk Fusion.

I prefer making money online with affiliate marketing.

There are many courses out there that are teaching how to make money with affiliate marketing. And it is no wonder. Affiliate marketing is worth more than $12 billion worldwide and the amount is growing.
